Many smoothie recipes are used for their healing benefits. The raw ingredients used in smoothies have the bonus for your health because they maintain many vitamins, minerals and enzymes.
Also, if your appetite is affected by endometriosis and you suffer from nausea then drinking smoothies will help provide you with the nutrients you need, and certain ingredients can also help heal your digestive system.
Ideally it is best to include ingredients that address the symptoms of endometriosis like pain and also to help manage your inflammation. As well as maintaining vital enzymes, raw food smoothies will help to heal your gut flora and maintain a healthy digestive system and can assist with healthy bowels.
Here are a few healing smoothing recipes

Put all ingredients in a glass and drink while warm
You will find many great smoothie recipes in books and on-line, that will help with the inflammation and pain of endometriosis. You will need to have a good quality blender or juicer to make your smoothies, and it you want to go on a real heath blitz you can get yourself a masticating juicer which retains more of the vital nutrients.
You can add other ingredients to your smoothie to make it more of a meal by adding protein powders and additional ingredients like chia seeds and hemp seeds, which will add protein plus extra nutrients. Chia and hemp seeds are also high in omega 3, which is the good oil that helps to reduce inflammation.
Smoothies can be a great support for your diet especially when you feel too poorly due to pain, bloating or fatigue to make proper meals, but you will gain plenty of the health and nutrition benefits.
