Cutting out gluten and dairy has fixed my endometriosis

Up until a couple of years ago I was crippled with pain and would regularly pass out because of the endometriosis.
My Doctor prescribed painkillers, I had surgery but nothing seemed to help. A simple change in my diet was the answer to all my troubles!
By cutting out gluten and dairy the fainting has stopped, I am 20 pounds lighter and I am no longer in pain every month, my mood swings and headaches have stopped and I now have more energy than ever!
It took years for me to be diagnosed and I really tried everything! Changing my diet has made such a huge difference I really urge anyone with endometriosis to give it a go.

I have had endometriosis for over 5 years and tried all the treatments offered to me by the doctor but have had to stop using all of them as the side effects were worse than I could ever imagine.
I thought I would try the diet and have had lots of success and my pain is a lot less right through the month.
I also no longer eat anything with gluten which has been a marked improvement. I have also stopped eating dairy and red meat.
Stopping my wheat consumption has helped also and if I eat anything with wheat I have pain and my abdomen swells up about 2 hours afterwards.
I am so glad I have found something that works, and I only have to use pain killers for the first day of my period now, instead of nearly every day of the month.

I have a friend who has also seen a great improvement by cutting out dairy and wheat after a year of being pain free( also her cysts shrank from a golf ball size to a marble) she decided to try introducing wheat to her diet again, two months later she was again crippled with pain and left with no energy!
She is now back off the wheat and dairy and doing great and says she wouldn't ever go back! I love when people find out how much of a wonderful difference such simple changes can make!
